Research and testing

Technical innovation often requires much research and testing . We have made sure that we have adequate lab facilities at our disposal. In particular we have a test lab where we can test large scale systems, and we are using this mainly for the oil and gas projects. In particular we have done research on ultrasonic and electromagnetic inspection techniques that are used for detection of material degradation. Computational modeling is often used to increase our understanding of the physical mechanisms and to reduce the amount of test work. We have used software for various types of modeling: electromagnetic, ultrasonic, and thermal.

There are various lab facilities available at Z.E.S.. We have a lab for electronics development and a lab for non-destructive testing. There is also a facility for testing large scale systems and outdoor testing facilities
